Following an extensive user experience review, we are excited to introduce several new features designed to enhance your desktop navigation and overall efficiency. Our goal with this release is to resolve challenges related to working on small screens, improve navigation consistency, and elevate the quality of user interaction with our platform.  

Zoom and Focus Controls

1. Fit to window
   • Automatically adjusts content to fit your screen based on the resolution.
   • View the entire invoice at a glance with just one click, streamlining your workflow.
   • Select "Fit to window" from the zoom menu to try it out.
     
     
     
2. Focus on Content
   • Click "Focus invoice" to hide side panes automatically and concentrate solely on your invoice.
   • Manage panes more intuitively by dragging borders or closing them directly through the "Close pane" button.
     
     
     
3. Custom Zoom Levels
   • Adjust zoom from 70% to 150% using straightforward on-screen controls or keyboard shortcuts.
   • Enhanced control allows you to tailor your viewing experience precisely to your needs.
     
     
     

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Utilize ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + ↑ to zoom in or ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + ↓ to zoom out, making it easier and faster to get the view you need.

Multi-screen Mode and Enhanced Screen Navigation

• Enter multi-screen mode for a comprehensive overview, particularly useful for accountants and controllers.
  

Detach Invoice

• Easily detach invoices from the list to a new browser window, facilitating the comparison between multiple invoices.
  
  

Improved Single-Screen Navigation

• A new line indicator shows which invoice you've opened from the list, enhancing clarity as you navigate.
• Updates to line content after editing documents are now reflected immediately when returning to the list view without needing a full refresh.
  
  
• The last reviewed/closed invoice will display with a gray background color and a badge on hover.
  
  

Increased Filter Clarity

• Quickly see how many filters are active, ensuring you have clear visibility of your applied settings.
