- Review the invoice and ensure that all required information, such as invoice lines and dimensions, is filled in according to your organisation’s guidelines.
- If the invoice is correct, click "Approve." Add a comment if the invoice needs to be expensed differently or if additional context is required.
- Click "Forward" to send the invoice to a colleague if further review or approval is needed.
- Click "Reject" if the invoice is incorrect or does not match expectations, and contact the Finance department if necessary.

Screen Resolution
- If your screen resolution is too low, you might only see invoice lines, not the full invoice.
- Adjust the browser zoom by pressing the Ctrl+ minus (-) to view the entire content.
