Organization - General

1. Organization name
   This is the name of the organization that appears on the login page and at the top right corner.
   
   
2. Email address for copy of rejected incoming / inbound emails
   If an email for various reasons cannot be received by SEMINE, a copy of this email will be sent to the mentioned address.
   
   
3. Allow use of secondary email address as username
   Secondary email address is useful to use if the user has changed their email address or has several alternative email addresses.
   It is possible to log in using both the primary and secondary email address.
   
   
4. Default language
   This determines the fallback language to be used for accounting parameter value descriptions under this organization.
   The descriptions will be displayed in the language chosen in the individual user profile page. However, if the description is missing in the chosen language, the description in the default language will be displayed instead.
   
   Example: A user has selected Norwegian as their language.
   The default organization language is set to English.
   
   
   1. For account 0001, there is both a Norwegian and an English description.
      In this case, the Norwegian description will be displayed.
      
      
   2. For account 0002 there is only an English description but no Norwegian description.
      In this case, the English description will be displayed even when the user has selected Norwegian as their language.
5. 4 Eyes Control
   In the '4 Eyes Control' feature, you can enable multiple approval checks and specify the minimum number of required approvers.
