1. Email Size Limit: 39 MB
- Issue: The total email size must be less than 39 MB.
Resolution: Remove some attachments or reduce the size of the existing attachments.
2. Attachments
- Issue: Your e-mail doesn't contain any attachments.
Resolution: The e-mail must contain at least one allowed attachment file.
3. Number of Attachments Allowed: 40
- Issue: If you have more than 40 files in an email.
Resolution: Try removing some attachments to meet the allowed limit.
4. Allowed Invoice File Types: tif, tiff, pdf
- Issue: Convert your invoices to one of the listed file types.
5. Allowed Invoice Attachments: txt, xlsx, xls, docx, png, jpg, gif, csv, xml, bin, htm, html, p7s, jpeg, msg
- Issue: Convert your attachments to one of the allowed file types.
6. Sending Multiple Invoices and Attachments
Issue: Trying to send multiple invoices and attachments.
Resolution: Try again with only one invoice and corresponding attachment(s).
7. Password Protected Attachments
- Issue: Trying to send a password-protected attachment.
