At around 04:00 CET, the license server for SEMINE's integration framework using CMA experienced an outage. We are pleased to inform you that service was restored at 09:30 CET. However, integrations for affected customers requires manual restarts of the intergation service, a process currently underway. But if you would like to do that yourselves you can do the following steps:
1. Log on to your Visma Business application server
2. Open "Services"
3. Find the service named "ConnectMyApps File Hub"
4. Right click and choose "Start" if it's not running
We are actively investigating strategies to mitigate such incidents in the future, striving for reduced dependency on external factors. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
