The Approver UI in SEMINE is designed to give you a faster, more focused way to manage invoice approvals. With a simplified layout and intuitive navigation, you can quickly access the information you need, understand the status of each invoice, and take action with minimal clicks.
When you log in for the first time, you can choose which view should be your default.

Navigation principles in invoice lines
When reviewing invoice lines, the Approver UI follows clear navigation principles to make line-level review fast and intuitive.
These navigation principles are available when you open or maximise the invoice line details. On the top-right side of the invoice line panel, you will find an icon for Keyboard Shortcuts and Navigation Principles, which guides how to navigate efficiently.
- Supports both mouse-based and keyboard-based navigation, allowing you to move between invoice lines efficiently using clicks or arrow keys. The active line is clearly highlighted so you always know where your focus is.
This partial update behaviour ensures that only the selected invoice line is updated, allowing you to continue reviewing other lines without interruption or unnecessary reloads.
Navigating the Approver UI
Main Navigation Menu
On the left side of your screen, you will find the main navigation menu that helps you move between different sections of the Approver UI.

Collapse Menu: Toggle the sidebar to give yourself more screen space.

Homepage: Displays all invoices pending approval, grouped by supplier and client. You can also track recent invoice activities from the last 30 days, including approved, rejected, and mentioned invoices.

Inbox: View all incoming messages, both read and unread. Mentions and comments added to invoices also appear here.

Suppliers: View the list of suppliers under the selected client.
- Assigned Tasks: This is the main view for approvers, displaying all invoices that require your approval across suppliers and clients.
Note: Clicking the arrow or invoice number in the Inbox takes you directly to the invoice where the message was added. The message will be visible, but no actions can be taken if the invoice is not assigned to you.
Auto-navigation to Assigned Tasks
When you log in or switch to the Approver UI, you are automatically directed to the Assigned Tasks section if you have invoices pending approval. This ensures you begin directly with the invoices that need your review, saving time and keeping your workflow focused.
