Email notifications can be set up at both the organization level and client level.
Email settings:
1. To save changes to the email template, click "Save changes."
2. You can turn off the sending of email notifications.
3. Enabling this feature will send the email notification to the URL you provide.
4. You can choose to send email notifications on specific weekdays.
5. You can choose to send email notifications on a specific day of the month.
6. You can choose to "send the email notification now." The email notification will be sent to everyone with assigned invoices at that time. This can be used, for example, during month-end closing.
7. You can send an email notification to a specific user.
Email settings at the Organization level:
Changes to email settings at the Organization level will apply to all clients in the organization. The email defined here will be sent across organizations.
Email settings at the Client level:
If there are any clients in the organization that need specific email notifications beyond what is set for the entire organization, you can do this under client settings.
Under client settings, you can set specific email notifications for specific clients so that a different email is sent to one or more desired clients.
Override organization configuration for this client:
This setting will make the email template from client settings be used instead of the email template from organization settings on the client you are editing. A user may receive two email notifications if they have an assigned invoice for two different clients.
