Automation conditions explanation

Note: The conditions are identical for both Automations and Workflows.

Automations are pre-set instructions that eliminate the need for manual intervention. The search field in the conditional box allows you to easily search for keywords or criteria to trigger an automatic action. You can simply enter your desired keywords or criteria, and SEMINE will identify the relevant fields for you. This makes it easy  to set up automated actions based on specific conditions.

With conditions we are referring to this field in automation: 

Below is a list of the conditions  available for the automation engine in Semine: 

Workflow

Condition	Description
All workflows approved	Trigger when all flows are approved for an invoice
Any workflow rejected	Trigger if one or more flows are rejected
Has no workflow	Trigger when an invoice has no workflow
Workflow group Pending	Trigger when a Workflow group has status pending
Workflow group Active	Trigger when a Workflow group has status Active
Workflow group Approved	Trigger when a Workflow group has status Approved
Workflow group Rejected	Trigger when a Workflow group has status Rejected
Workflow group canceled	Trigger when a Workflow group has status canceled
Workflow pending	Trigger when a Workflow has status pending
Workflow Active	Trigger when a Workflow has status Active
Workflow Approved	Trigger when a Workflow has status Approved
Workflow canceled	Trigger when a Workflow has status canceled
Workflow Rejected	Trigger when a Workflow has status rejected
Invoice has workflow with automatic approval	Trigger when Invoice has workflow with automatic approval

Invoice Header

	Condition	Description
1	Invoice is duplicate	Triggered if Semine has found an invoice with the same invoice number from the same supplier.
2	Supplier is approved	Triggered if Semine has found the supplier on the invoice
3	Supplier organization number	Rule triggered if the organization number in Semine/ERP matches the field cac:AccountingSupplierParty -> cbc:EndpointID or cac:PartyLegalEntity->cbc:CompanyID in EHF.
4	Supplier organization number from invoice	Triggered if the organization number in Semine/ERP matches the field cac:AccountingSupplierParty -> cbc:EndpointID or cac:PartyLegalEntity->cbc:CompanyID in EHF.
5	Auto post	Triggered if the invoice is autoposted
6	Auto Approve	Triggered if the workflow is auto approved
7	Stop on status validation error	Triggered if the invoice encounters a validation error and another rule is set to stop processing on validation errors. It can be used to create a rule that triggers when a validation error occurs and you want to do an action  based on this criterion.
8	Stop on status credit note processing	This rule is triggered if the invoice has the status "Credit Note Processing" and another rule is set to stop processing on credit note processing. It can be used to create a rule that triggers when an invoice enters the "Credit Note Processing" status and you want to do a further processing based on this criterion.
9	Stop on status pre-approval	This rule is triggered if the invoice reaches the "Pre-approval" status and another rule is set to stop processing on pre-approval. It can be used to create a rule that triggers when an invoice enters the "Pre-approval" status, allowing you to do additional actions  based on this criterion.
10	Stop on status project	Triggered if the invoice gets the status Prosjekt and another rule uses the action "Prosjekt". This criterion is used if you want to create a rule that triggers when a rule is created with the criterion "Prosjekt"
11	Marked for re-invoicing	Triggered if checked for viderefakturering  (equals/not equal)
12	Invoice changed by approver	Trigger based on whether the invoice has been changed by an approver in the approval workflow
