Known Error Messages When Posting to 24SevenOffice

In some cases, invoices may fail during posting from SEMINE to 24SevenOffice. In this article, we have compiled an overview of known error messages sent from 24SO and what needs to be done to post the invoices.

AttachmentIsPostedException - Attachment is posted in the journal

 

Origin: The stamp number is already in use in 24SO.

 

Solution: Despite the stamp number being booked, the API of 24SO returns the respective stamp number as the "next available stamp number." This causes the stamp number to remain and create a blockage, preventing the rest of the invoices from being posted. To allow the rest of the invoices to go through, you must manually attach an image of the invoice to stamp number xxx via the receipt in 24SO. This will reserve the stamp number, and you will be able to post the rest of the invoices. 
 

 

VoucherAlreadyExistsException - The voucher already exists, duplications not allowed.

 

 Origin: 24SO informs that the invoice already exists in ERP, indicating that duplicates are not accepted. 

 

Solution: This error message is not always accurate, so it's advisable to check if the invoice is indeed in  24SO. If the invoice is not in 24SO, it must be entered manually.

 

 

InvoiceAlreadyExistsException - Invoice may already exist in the journal

  

Origin: 24SO informs that the invoice may already be in ERP.

CustomerMismatchBankAccountException - Entry has a bank account that is different from the default bank account for the customer.

Origin: The account specified in Semine does not match the default account for the supplier in 24SO.

Solution: The correct default account must be selected for the supplier in 24SO, and a supplier synchronization must be triggered. Once this is done, the supplier must be re-selected on the invoice, and new accounting lines must be generated.

 

Error message "Voucher has a VAT code that does not have a corresponding VAT amount"

Origin: Decimal precision is configured for imprecision in SEMINE.

 

Solution: Increase the number of decimal positions in the settings of SEMINE.

 

 

  

Error: The currency 'EUR,EUR' is not found in 24 Seven Office. Allowed currencies are: Error Details: EUR,EUR

 

Origin: The selected currency is not created in 24SO

Solution: 

1. Change the currency on the invoice
2. Add the currency in 24SO

 

Error: Voucher failed to be posted with attempted stamp number 'xxxx' Error Details: EntryId returned is null or zero. Is the SortNumber correct?

 

Origin: Document type is created but not linked to document number series.

 

Solution: Link document type and document number series in 24SO.

 

 

Error: Failed to post invoice to ERP Could not Finish Last Bundle! iError: 1 | AccountService - Date 01.02.2022 00:00:00 is not valid! # 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2021

  

Origin: It is booked with a date that belongs to a different fiscal year than the bundle date.
A new bundle created automatically gets today's date as its name, and it is a date in a different year that is on the posting. This often happens in connection with periodization into a new year.

 

Solution: Remove the periodization in Semine and correct manually in 24SO.

 

Error: Voucher failed to be posted with attempted stamp number 'xxxx' from variant 'xx' Could not Finish Last Bundle! iError: 3 | Amount Difference Error. TransactionNo xxxx | There is a difference of 0,01 in the bundle

Origin: 24SO rounds off to get 2 decimals, and this sometimes leads to a difference between the amount in SEMINE and 24SO.

 

Solution: Add a rounding line for 0.01 øre.
