Advanced Export

Exports selected invoices including attachments as PDF and other file formats for download in a ZIP file.

Merge PDFs

• No merge
  Do the same as "Per invoice" (to be removed)
• All
  Merge all invoices, all logs, PDF attachments and images into one large PDF
• Per client
  Merge all invoices, all logs, PDF attachments and images into one PDF per client.
• Per invoice
  Merge invoice, log, PDF attachment and images into one PDF per invoice

Create table of contents in Excel
Exports a separate Excel file with a link to each exported PDF invoice.

Note: The entire ZIP file must be unpacked and the Excel file opened from the unpacked folder before the links work.

Type

• Invoice log
  Invoice log is exported as PDF. Can be included in merged file.
• PDF
  PDF attachments are exported as PDF file. Can be included in merged file.
• Word
  Word attachments are exported as Word file.
• Picture
  Image attachments are exported as PDF file. Can be included in merged file.
• Excel
  Excel attachments are exported as Excel file
• Powerpoint
  Powerpoint attachments are exported as a Powerpoint file
• Other
  Attachments in other file formats are exported in original file format.

Note: Exports of a larger number of invoices and attachments may take some time. Exports will be available for download under Inbox --> Unread when ready.
