Introducing «Where to focus - Widget»

Over a period of time a set of selected Semine customers have been trying out the functionality we call Where to focus – widget. A summary of what we call “active” statuses in SEMINE. This will show you summaries of the invoices with statuses that someone has to do an action on. For the early adopters that got this access and was not a controller function, this feature will be removed. To get it you'll need to have one of the controller roles. If you are a controller of some sort, it is automatically added.

The target audience for the widget is Controllers that are involved in the processing of all invoices for the company.  By the use of the widget, controllers can easily get an overview of all invoices that need specific attention, are in review or approved. It will also give you an indication on the amounts due on the active invoices.

The Widget sits on the top of the invoice grid and the different statuses also acts as filter, so clicking on the “Required Actions”-section, you will filter only the invoices that needs follow up due to “Unidentified supplier”, “Posting error” or “Missing workflow”. This will enable SEMINE users to work more effectively in the daily processing of the invoices.

Going forward we will add more visual elements in SEMINE to support our users, in addition to the already available service SEMINE Data Access that helps our users to access SEMINE data to further visualize them in 3^rd party applications.
