Transparency

The transparency popover is available in every parameter cell. I.e. Account, VAT Code, Dimension. It is possible to see which user or what type of automation set the last cell value.

Note: For grouped lines, Transparency will display the user or rule that created the group as source for the accounting parameters even if those were originally set by other types of automation such as AI, dimension extraction, split key etc. This will be addressed shortly.

Open the transparency popover by rightclicking in the cell.

Selected

The top pane of the transparency popover contains the following: 

• The currently selected value (code)
• Time of selection
• Type of selection, whether it's happened automatically or manually.
• Additional information regarding source such as extracted text.
• Links to value or value column settings.
  

Links

• Click selected cell value (parameter value) to open the code property dialog inside settings
• Click the column title (parameter) to open settings for that parameter.
  

Types

• Relations
  Shows the selected value, the source value and the type of relation: Require specific, Require any, Suggestion, Forbid, Requirement or no value.
  
  
  
• AI
  Displays the probability that resulted in the selected value along with the invoice source fields that contributed towards the selection.
  
  
  
• Rules
  Displays the rule name and version that selected the field value.
  Clicking on the rule name will open the rule in another window.
  
  
  • Overwrite: A badge displaying "Overwrite: Active" indicates that the rule may have overwritten an existing value.
  • Event: Displays the event that triggered the rule
    
    
• Dimension Extraction
  Displays the source field, source text and extracted text for the dimension extraction. This is typically used to select dimension values such as project or department. The Type section states the method used during extraction: Code, Description or Alias. The Source section displays the invoice field and context where the extracted text was found.
  Any dimension value aliases used during extraction will display below the selected project.
  
  
  
• Split Key
  The currently selected account will display. In the type and source pane, the split key used to apply this account will be displayed.
  
  
  
• Manual Edit
  Displays the user who selected the value along with the time of selection.
  
  

Suggestions

This tab displays suggestions for values including dimension extraction and rules. Any suggestion may be selected directly from the list.

Activity

Here, the activity log has a timestamped entry for every time the cell has had a value set, whether it is manually or automatically.

Advanced

The regular activity log will only list actually selected values while the advanced log also includes other values that have been considered but have been overwritten. This enables closer examination of SEMINEs process of analysis which in turn allows fine-tuning of conditions and settings.
