Poweroffice has introduced a new API for integrations with systems such as SEMINE. To support this change, we have updated the SEMINE integration to use the new API.
The biggest improvement is a smoother invoice posting process. With the new API, invoices no longer need to pass through the invoice reception process in Poweroffice. SEMINE can now post invoices directly to the ledger.

Before switching to the V2 API, SEMINE must be configured as an approver in Poweroffice. This can be done in the Poweroffice settings for supplier invoice approvals:

When transitioning from the previous integration to the V2 API, a few additional steps must be completed in SEMINE.
Note: If you do not have access to the Integration user interface, contact SEMINE Support or your SEMINE partner for assistance.
- The integration administrator must enable the V2 option in the integration setup.
- A full supplier synchronization must be performed for each client. A regular synchronization is not sufficient when transitioning to the V2 API.
