We have identified an issue causing delays in the processing of PDF invoices sent to SEMINE.
This affects PDF invoices that are currently being processed, as well as new PDF invoices being sent to us. Customers may notice that these documents are not appearing in the system as quickly as usual.
Invoices in electronic formats (e.g., EHF/Peppol/FTP) are not affected and continue to be processed normally.
The issue has been traced to one of our service providers, and they are investigating with the highest priority. We do not have an ETA for a resolution at this time. We are in close contact with their team and will provide new updates as soon as they are available.
Update: August 20, 13:50 CEST
Our service provider has identified and is working to fix the issue, PDFs are handled but still at much reduced capacity.
Update: August 21, 08:10 CEST
PDF processing performance has returned to normal, but with some reduced functionality, which is causing the processing of certain invoices to still take longer than usual. Work is ongoing to restore the missing functionality.
Update: August 28, 08:00 CEST
The reduced functionality has had a greater impact than anticipated, causing continued delays in invoice processing. We are actively working with our service provider to restore the missing functionality.
Update: August 28, 08:00 CEST
The issue has been resolved, and we are expecting shorter processing times of PDF invoices going forward.
