22.01.2021 - Kritisk problem med MVA-koder / Issue with VAT-code (Solved/Løst)

Hi,

The critical issue is now resolved and posting of invoices can now resume.

All of the team behind Semine apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

We will implement routines and automatic system-checks in order to prevent this from happening again.

We will send out an overview of posted invoices in the affected period showing invoices affected by the issue where vat-code was not applied to the accountinglines properly.

You will unfortunately need to check these in your ERP.

Hele teamet bak Semine beklager ulempene denne feilen har medført for dere som kunde.

Vi implementerer rutiner og systemsjekker som skal forhindre at dette kan skje igjen.

Vi vil sende ut en oversikt i excel over faktura som er postert i perioden med feil hvor moms-kode ikke har blitt korrekt påført.

Disse må sjekkes manuelt i ERP
