Master data overview
The following is used for accounting purposes. All values inserted here will be available under Settings --> Accounting Parameters as well as corresponding columns inside the invoice line view in Semine.
Accounting codes
- /suppliers - Required
- /vatcodes - Required
- /accountingcodes - Required
- /customers - Not required
- /fixedassets + /transactiontypes - If used, then both are required
- /projects + /categorytypes - If used, then both are required
Dimension codes
It is possible to create new accounting dimensions with associated values on demand.
- /dimensions - Note: This is the dimension header. Each dimension will appear as a new column in the invoice lines panel inside Semine. Only single inserts are accepted for this reason.
- /dimensions/ID/values - Each dimension header may have any number of dimension values. Each dimension value will appear as a new selectable value in Semine invoice line dimension column.
Other
- /settings - Not required. This is settings for the current client.
- /currency - At least one currency has to be defined.
Alternatives
Import the definition from scratch
If you prefer to prepare your own Postman collection directly from the API definition:
- Go to https://api.semine.no/swagger/ for the latest API definition and documentation. All available endpoints, request and response body models are described.
- Right-click and copy the URL for the swagger.json file https://api.semine.no/swagger/Semine.IntegrationApi.ApiSpecificationv1.0/swagger.json
- In Postman, click the Import button, then click Link and finally paste the URL into the field.
- You should now see the new, imported collection in the left-hand panel.
