Tip : See also Conditions for workflows and automations for more details on each condition
You can make the workflow more specific by adding additional conditions that must be satisfied for the flow to be applied.
- Repeat the same process used to add the initial condition.
- In our example, we added a condition to verify invoices with VAT amounts exceeding 3,000.
- At the top of the list, you'll see it says "AND." This signifies that, for "My first workflow" to be applied to an invoice, all the conditions in the list must be satisfied.
- You can select either "AND" or "OR."
- If you choose "OR," the workflow will only be applied to the invoice if at least one condition in the list is met. If multiple conditions are met, the workflow won't be applied to the invoice.
Tip
If you have multiple invoices with a buyer's reference containing "Jørgen" and don't want all of them to trigger "My first workflow," you can be more specific using Search method: Equals.
In this case, the value on the invoice must exactly match the value in this field.
Tip: If you want the workflow to apply to all invoices, you can leave the conditions in the workflow empty.
