- You can make multiple workflows within the same folder.
- When Semine determines which workflows should be applied to an invoice, it examines all the workflows unless you mark one or more of them as "exclusive."
- If the conditions in an exclusive workflow are met, none of the subsequent workflows will be evaluated.
To create a new workflow, provide it with a name, and check the "Exclusive" option.
In our case, we named the example "Exclusive Workflow."
Your new workflow will be placed at the bottom of the list of workflows. Exclusive workflows are indicated by a small icon in the list. You can also identify them when you open an exclusive workflow.
An exclusive workflow needs to be in the right position within the list of workflows to function correctly. Since no workflows are checked after the exclusive workflow's conditions are satisfied, any workflows that should always be checked must be positioned above the exclusive workflow in the list.
- In our situation, with just two workflows, we aim to place "Draft Workflow" under "Exclusive Workflow."
- To do this, click on the two dots, as shown in the image, and drag "Draft Workflow" beneath the exclusive workflow.
With "Exclusive Workflow" at the top, Semine will stop evaluating the remaining workflows if the conditions specified in "Exclusive Workflow" are satisfied. If the conditions are not met, the process continues as usual.
