Part 3: Conditions In Folder

Click "..." to open the menu, then choose "Edit Folder."

Click on "Add condition" and fill in the following information: "Total amount" should be greater than 10,000. [ “ Total amount ” -> “ greater than ” -> “ 10000 ”]

Note - The workflows in the folder will run only if the folder's conditions are satisfied.

• In our example, Semine will search for the "Total amount" field on invoices. If it finds this field and the amount is greater than 10,000, the workflows in the folder will be executed.
• Folders help organize workflows hierarchically, allowing you to create specific workflows.
• You can modify the folder's conditions whenever you like.
