Multiple Workflows and Exclusivity
You can create multiple workflows within the same folder. SEMINE checks the conditions in each folder and each workflow in order from top to bottom.
You can change the order by dragging the workflows up or down. You can also drag workflows into another folder or change the order of the folders.
Exclusivity
By default, SEMINE executes all workflows from top to bottom. If a workflow is marked as "Exclusive" and executed, no subsequent workflows in the same folder will be executed.
Create a new workflow. Give it a name and check the "Exclusive" box. For example, we named it "Exclusive Workflow".
Your new workflow will be added at the bottom of the list of workflows. In the list, you can see which workflows are exclusive, indicated by a small icon. If you open an exclusive workflow, you can also see it there.
For an exclusive workflow to work correctly, it must be positioned correctly in the list of workflows. Since no workflows are checked after the conditions of the exclusive workflow are met, all workflows that should always be checked must be placed above the exclusive workflow in the list.
In our case, we only have two workflows, so we want to move "Draft Workflow" below "Exclusive Workflow". To move a workflow, click on the two dots indicated in the image below and drag "Draft Workflow" below the exclusive workflow.
Now that "Exclusive Workflow" is at the top, SEMINE will stop checking the rest of the workflows if the conditions set up in "Exclusive Workflow" are met. If the conditions are not met, everything continues as usual.
