If you have only just started using SEMINE, try out this tutorial to set up your first rule for autoposting a invoices:
My First Automation
Automations can be used in based on many different conditions and can be combined with SEMINE's artificial intelligence.
Create/Edit Automations
Before you can create the automation itself, you must create a folder. In this folder, you can define when the automations should occur and a common folder condition, that must be in place for all the rules in the folder to take effect.
Trigger Events
The trigger event / start events determine when the automation should occur. At least one start event must be selected.

Before supplier matching
This trigger event occurs immediately before any supplier has been identified. All invoice source fields are still available for use in automation conditions.

After supplier matching
This trigger event occurs immediately after the supplier has been successfully identified / matched.

Before duplicate check
This event occurs immediately prior to the duplicate check

On duplicate identified
This event occurs only if the current invoice is identified to be a duplicate of an existing invoice. (The invoice has the same supplier and invoice number as another invoice under the same client)

Before the AI enrichment process/dimension capture/period setting

Before approval
This trigger event occurs after the final workflow step has been approved and immediately before the invoice status is set to "Approved"

After invoice is approved
This trigger event occurs immediately after the invoice status changes to "Approved"

Before delete
Occurs after the delete action has been triggered manually or via an automation but immediately before the invoice is moved to the "Deleted" status.

On workflow step approval
Occurs when user assigned to a workflow step clicks the "Approve" button.

On workflow step rejection
Occurs when the user assigned to a workflow step clicks the "Reject" button.

When invoice goes to rejected state
When any user assigned to a workflow step clicks the "Reject" button, the workflow is rejected. If there are no other active workflows, the invoice status is changed to "Rejected" as well.
Inherited Folder Conditions
Under these folder conditions, the conditions set for the entire folder are displayed (as mentioned above).
Conditions
The conditions control whether the automation should occur or not.
Here, you can choose from various parameters like suppliers, currency, invoice type, invoice source, etc.
You can also set up combinations of conditions, such as supplier and currency, or purchase invoices.
If you want the automation to apply to all invoices, you don't need to set any specific conditions, and it will apply to everything that enters SEMINE.
Actions
Under "Actions," you choose what the automation should actually do. Here, you have various actions supported by our automation engine.
Multiple Actions in the Same Automation
You can set up multiple actions in the same automation. In the image above, invoices are grouped as desired, and then a comment is added to the invoice's comment field.
