A group has access to functions and invoice statuses at the organization and client level through roles. All members in a group will have the same access. A user who is a member of multiple groups will have all the accesses defined in each group.

Location: Log in as an administrator. Go to Organization --> Group
Users (Group Members)
This tab displays all current members of the group (white background) along with all members of the organization (gray background). Users in the organization can be added as members of the group.
The list is sorted by default based on membership status, with members listed first.
- Group Member White background indicates that the user is a member of the group.
- Not a Group Member Gray background indicates that the user is not a member of the group. The user is only a member of the organization.
Add a Group Member
A group member can be added in three ways.
Note: Users will be added to the group when you click "Save" or "Save and Close" at the bottom of the dialog box.
- Single User
Click "Add" directly on the line.
In the "Membership Status" column, it will now display "Being added." The icon will change to: - Multiple Users at Once
Select one or more users by checking the box and then choose "Add Selected".
This is the most efficient way to add/remove a large number of users. - New User
Click "Add New User" and start by entering the user's email address.
The user will now be added to both the group and the organization simultaneously.
Remove a Group Member
A group member can be removed in 2 ways.
Note: Users will be removed from the group when you click "Save" or "Save and Close" at the bottom of the dialog box.
- Single User
Click "Remove" directly on the line.
In the "Membership Status" column, it will now display "Being removed." The icon will change to - Multiple Users at Once
Select one or more users by checking the box and then choose "Remove Selected".
Users will be removed from the group when you click "Save" or "Save and Close" at the bottom of the dialog box.
Note: Users will not be removed from the organization. Only from the group.
