This setting controls whether the additional fields (attributes) created under Special costs are shown in the invoice header on the invoice details page.
Enabling the setting
Go to Settings>Organisation Settings > SEMINE General and enable Show Invoice Additional Fields in invoice header.
Once this setting is enabled, the attributes created under Special costs will be visible in the invoice header on the Invoice details page.
If the setting is disabled, these attributes will not be shown in the invoice header.
Create additional attributes
To use this feature, you must first create attributes under Special costs.
- Go to Admin.
- Select the organisation and click the three dots to open Edit organisation.
- Open the Special costs tab.
- Click Create new.
- When creating a new attribute, you can choose between:
- Text – Allows users to enter free text.
- Dropdown – Allows you to create predefined values to choose from.
- If you select Text, enter the attribute name and attribute code.
- If you select Dropdown, click Add dropdown value to define the dropdown options.
- Click Save.
You can create multiple attributes in this section.
To remove an attribute, click the delete icon below the attribute.
How the attributes appear in the invoice header
The attributes configured under Special costs are visible in the invoice header on the invoice details tab.
- If the setting "Show Invoice Additional Fields in invoice header" is enabled: The attributes created under Special costs will be visible on the Invoice details page, in the invoice header under Details.
- If the setting is disabled: The attributes will not be shown in the invoice header on the invoice details page.
