This setting allows SEMINE to automatically send an email notification to a user when they are mentioned in a comment on an invoice.
Note: The user must exist in the same organization to be mentioned and receive email notifications.

Enable the setting
To activate this feature:
- Click on Settings
- Go to Organization Settings
- Select SEMINE General
- Enable "Send emails to the user mentioned when commenting"
- Click Save
Add a comment and mention a user
Once the setting is enabled, you can notify users directly from an invoice:
- Open the relevant invoice
- Go to the Invoice details tab
- Open the Comments section
- Type @ to mention a user, then select the user from the list
- Add your comment
- You can mention multiple users in the same comment
- Click Save
The mentioned user will receive an email notification containing the comment, along with the timestamp, the user who posted the comment, supplier details, and the invoice number with a direct link to the invoice.
